Delivery Coverage
We currently ship the AKIVO WiFi Router UPS across Pakistan.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your city, via our courier partners.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies nationwide across Pakistan, regardless of city or delivery distance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery status.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier volume, weather, or address issues beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
